It’s the first time in life that I am writing a review even before I received the product. I ordered a shoe rack on 28th October. It’s 5th November and they have not shipped the product.
The website says the product will be shipped on 31st October and below it is written the product has not shipped yet. I feel like they are taking me for a ride. I contacted customer support on 4th November on web chat and the executive made me wait for 35 minutes and still could not update me on the status.
I got in touch with the customer care executive again and he also disconnected without giving me an update.
I would recommend fab furnish any day as compared to this horrible website.
