I placed five orders within two weeks. one was delivered on time, but at the maximum limit allowed of their 7-working-days-till-shipping policy(cant help contrasting with myntra, where I make frequent orders, which delivers in half the time they say). one order was delivered, but the product differed from the description on the site(and I have pics to prove it).
Three orders were cancelled, saying that they were out of stock. i am still crying over an ed hardy "love kills slowly" sequin bag. it was up for sale on fashionandyou at the same time, and I did not order there. instead I ordered here and have been waiting for for 11 business days till I am called today to be informed that it is out of stock. i truly could cry. i was longing for that item like I have never longed for anything. i hate these folks just for this one thing.
The only nice thing is that their customer service people are very nice to talk to - but whats the use, they cant do anything to really help you, theyre just doing their job of talking nicely, nothing is going to result from it.
EDIT(July 25, 2012): Perhaps I was a bit overemotional when I wrote this review! I just received a call from a nice person from Pepperfry, and well, if a vendor cannot supply an item, its not very fair to blame them in total. And to be fair, I just saw a mail from Fashionandyou saying that one of my Ed Hardy stuff there has been cancelled because its out-of-stock. So Ive been promised to be notified if more Ed Hardy stuff comes on sale.
Heres to hoping and waiting! and its a darn shame there arent any Ed Hardy stores down south:-(
