I ordered 3 lit. pressure cooker and sink brush on 13th April and Pepperfry failed to keep its promise on both the products.
1) They delivered different model of pressure cooker from what I have ordered and seen on website. Clearly shows their faulty delivery process and checking before they are sending to customer.
Option left for me was either keep this product or taking pain of sending cooker via courier for refund of money.
2) Sink brush was never delivered to me. I received mail on 19th April (6 days from order date) informing me non availability of product and initiation of refund process. Moreover, refund process will take 8 days, as per their mail.
I had terrible exp with PepperFry and don’t recommend any one to buy from them.
