Worst online service ever, poor quality products are delivered immediately, and branded one like Phillips are never delivered. Just they ll hand over a coupon for you to purchase in returns of your money. Customer service, online and telephonic both sucks. They don’t have any warehouse like Myntra or flipkart. They are dependent on vendors to supply. I ordered 3 products yet and they delivered items on which any company ll give discount. But branded one they didn’t. Also their 7 days deadline is 70 days. Coupons provided online are just to extract some money online from you which ll never be refunded and just another coupon ll be handed over to you. And that too while transaction if anything goes wrng, ur coupon ll become invalid.

How they have counted 7 days shipping period as 9/9/12.
I have to place this order because they have not refunded money of my earlier order # 100229216 and provided me stupid coupon for purchasing another item. And as everyone can see how these people continue to harass customers.
