I have total seven buy transactions so far, and except in one case, delivery has been excellent. Branded products are genuine, fresh and excellent, as expected. The only problem faced so far was related to one order, but pepperfry has sweetened the deal by offering better product, at the same price.
The only draw back is, they need to improve the delivery by their logistic partner, particularly delhivery. It has better product portfolio than other new e-commerce start-ups, and discounts has also been better so far.
