I ordered 3 products from https://pepperfry.com on 5th Dec 2012 out of which I received 2 products and then on 19th I received a mail and a message mentioning that my order will be delayed by 3 days and they will get back to me with an update which never happened and since then I have made several calls and twice I have been giving AWB numbers for Quantium and DTDC by them which according to the courier company’s never existed.
Now I convinced them to send me an email mentioning word "GUARANTEED" delivery by 18th jan 2013 which I did get but with only courier company mentioned as Bluedart and no AWB number, the problem is they are still selling the product online but somehow dont wanna deliver my order and I am sick and tired of the lies the amount I would have saved in ordering this product I have spent more than that just making the calls to them.
