I recently made multiple purchases in Pepperfry on 16th Jan 2012, thinking its a new site so the service and the product will be good. But I was WRONG.
The quality of the shoe which I had ordered was nothing like that was shown in the picture.
I had also ordered a lady watch, and till date I haven’t received it. I was tracking my order only to find that they haven’t yet dispatched it. This is really very bad. They could have mailed me saying this is taking longer than expected. I am not sure if I am ever going to receive this watch.
My sincere advice to people who are considering to place an order with pepperfry, if you really want some good service and nice product then pepperfry is not the correct place for you.
