I had ordered a furniture Cayennee Brawny Book Shelf and my order number is 300076638. First of all, they said that this book shelf will take one month to be shipped from Jodhpur to Mumbai. Then to Bangalore, it will take another 10-15 days time.
Unfortunately, after ordering only I checked up urbanladder.com and the same is available to be delivered in 3-4 days time. And then I come across such terrible reviews about pepper fry.com where in 79% have had worst experiences with them.
Hence, I called up and cancelled the order. For order cancellation, I had to shell out 1000 bucks! My hard earned money, simply am losing out as though I have given for charity?! This is what was told by Asmita, the lady who sent me an e-mail, her number is 022-61417353. Her e-mail id is asmita@pepperfry.com. She simply said, sorry mam this is our policy.

I am sure they must be paying bribes to reputed magazines like Goodhomes and Good Housekeeping who gave wonderful reviews on this website.

And now, am praying that my balance money should get refunded to my credit card...the 1000 bucks is gone with the wind :-(
