I have placed the order for a Toaster Order#100278743 on 19th Sept. It is not yet shipped. I am trying to call the customer care from past three days they keep you waiting and never picks the phone. I think they are completely fake, their chat persons are always busy and never come for chat. I emailed them twice but never got a response. What the hell.
I don’t know what to do. Now I think the only option left with me is just to file a complain in consumer forum. These guys really sucks. Shame on Pepperfry.
