Peppery fry folks are least concerned about customer.
I ordered a Kurti and this was my exp.
1)Delivered after 2 weeks while it was supposed to be delivered in 7 working days. So please don’t be curious to receive your item on time. You will be disappointed.
2)The kurti I ordered was WHITE and what I got is GREY. So you don’t get what you see. This is a BLATANT error.
3)Sent an email to tellus@pepperyfry regarding this mismatch and there has been no response / acknowledgement even after 3 days and repeated reminders. Looks like customer issues are falling on deaf ears. Also, please don’t get lured by their discounts and offers. Such a hogwash. They send a promo offer like "Rs. 350 off on Rs. 1000 and above" and you see most items will be re-priced to Rs. 999.
