I had ordered some Deodorants from Pepperfry.com which they were supposed to ship within 3 business days..After a week or so, I received an e-mail that my order were shipped via BlueDart. As I did not receive the items, I called up the BlueDart customer care only to know that the items were returned back to origin as they do not ship Deodorants. I informed Pepperfry about this and they assured me that I will receive the items. They gave me some Pepperpoints and asked me to place a fresh order and they will ship the same items via a different courier.
I placed another fresh order and again received an e-mail that the items were shipped via BlueDart again..and as usual returned back to origin..I failed to understand why they shipped the same items again through Blue Dart..After contacting the customer service again and again, I was told that the issue has been escalated to the concerned team and they will get back to me in 48 working hrs time..Don’t know when their 48 hours will complete...After 3 days, I contacted them again and asked them to refund my money back..And the standard response, they will credit my account with Pepperpoints..Every time they told me that they will look into the matter and the items will be delivered soon..etc etc.. Don’t know when it will be delivered..It is almost one month since I have ordered the items..
PEPPERFRY IS A BIG CHEATER..AND LIAR..THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU PROPERLY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL..I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED..
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHEATER COMPANY.
