(Pepperfry.com)I was placed a Nova Milton 5 Pcs Non Stick Cookware Induction Base on 23rd September 2015 20:50:33 IST vide order no. 301576670 from pepperfry.com. it was received on 30/09/2015. It was not that item which I was ordered. Its design and colour are different. Its paint is removed(defective colour) from some places.
Completely it is a wrong and defective product.I am very disappointed with your service.
Customer care service is also poor as taking too much time.
