Had ordered 3 different items from Pepperfry, out of which 1 was cancelled without any reason and the other two took a lot of followup to reach my place.
The glass items were haphazardly packed, the bubble wrap was out of place and half of the items were are broken. All I can say about pepper fry is as below.
The delivery time commitment is not there.
The products are low quality.
The products are damaged.
To refund you need to personally ship the products back to them.
All in all horrible experience shopping at Pepperfry.
