There is a superb proverb: "if some one makes u fool for the first time its not your mistake..if the sameone makes u fool again it your fault"
Similarly it is happened to me...
Though i have intimated to all that pepperfry is worst ...still ikeep my foot in same path...then after having a call with their people they assured me a good service next time.
I shouldnt believe this but still i have done wrong by ordering another product.
For first time they provided me products after 25 days(last prod in that order received friday may31).
I have done a great mistake by ordering second..i received product in less than a week i feel good and opened the product and used acc to the directions given in the booklet..
Out of my surprise(not to b surprised as usual its their daily procedure)the prod is not working properly.
Then i contacted cc..asusual reply there is no replacement policy will refund.
For refunding need reverse pickuo that will be arranged in a week and then they need to check with dealer what exact the problem (another 2 to 3 working days) and then after completion of every thing then for refunding 8 to 9 working days.
So totally from ordering to refundback it takes 25 days again.
They have only plan in their minds:
"yes they need to keep money for atleast 20 days with them without serving people this is their ultimate plan".
I asked i dont want any refund need a replacement, , they said no replacement policy...if u need refund v vl arrange the reverse pickup..
Do u understand the innermeaning of this if u want v vl arrange reverse pickup for refund else keep the shitty product with u and enjoy seeing it daily hahahahha(their feelings).
As i bought the product for some discount at that time i asked for that what vl happen to that coupon...
They simply said if you want to discuss for this just call to cc on Monday. And asked me to call so i asked for call charges who will take care of that. They simply answered, there is no other solution with me..if u want any other solution callus(else keep that the product is with you if you don’t want to call).
Friends, I learnt 10 things from these 2 experiences of mine.
1) i bought many things in ebay but I never face any till today so never ever change from site, though persons change(its not reputation of person its the reputation of site that will help you serve better).
2)never deal with pepperfry..
3) Never try to buy any in pepperfry..
4) I can recommend you timtara..but not pepperfry.
5)from point 4 you can understand how worse the site is (I learnt this)
6)never go to sites who offers deals like pepperfry. Anyhow they will send the prod according to the cost.
I mean if I buy the same prod in another site it costs me 1000 bucks(ebay)..in pepperfry it offers at 500 so i bought it and now facing. They have a reason to say , according to 500 they send half the product which is working and remaining half if i pay remaining 500 they vl send(just for comedy out of my tragedy).i think you got it.
7) If you get a mail from pepperfry with some deal just delete(shift delete or keep it in spam) i learnt and doing the same.
8) Lastly don’t fall to their false deals and false assurance(given/giving) by them(especially their dept heads like heena and others) as they wont fulfil.
9) Better stay away from pepperfry as distant as possible(even i have blocked the site in my system using some blockers, i took help of Google, searched for that how to make it).
10) Last thing is that i am expecting a call from them..but they wont call i know...if they call me they vl start making useless and false assurances again..
So I decided to send the product from my side as soon as possible and should clean my home from pepperfry with haldi water(acc to sastras and vedas)
I think by reading this, you people are aware of pepperfry(if not try for one discounted prod they will send a defective one or after a month, then you can understand)...this is all for my fellow online shoppers..
Don’t move from one site to other by seeing people..
Today, I made a good thing by making my friends to cancel their prods..so that no need of receiving, reverse pick-up and refunding atleast time can be saved(even their call charges)..as I know they have to face the same.
Everyone is busy..that makes many sites to trap people and make money out of their busy by false assurances and cheap prods
Thanks for immense false assurances given to me (big mistake i did is ordering and not complaining this for first time in consumer court that is my biggest mistake of lifetime.
So be happy, i won’t take that risk and don’t want to go court...out of that i decided to take leave from pepperfry and i will try to make my friends never ever never deal with site though you gave us free of cost..
Because if you send outdated and defective ones, what will we do with those.
