Absolutely crap dealing.I have placed a bulk order and it was never delivered to me. They never respond on the e-mail, phone calls are of long wait and mostly go unattended too. They even pick the phone and bang it on your face.
The customer care people are worst I have ever experienced. They are robots, made only to speak their pitch. never listens to you, never understand and forget to expect any support and care from them. Very ruthless and egoistic.
After about 20 odd days of wait I was informed that my order will not be delivered and they would process the refund. Please note- it was never informed by them pro-actively. it is only when I called several times and was loud on them.
I have been promised to get the money back in 8 days max.(Not sure if it will happen or not). Buy products on your own risk from Prepperfry. Never pay upfront.
