I had ordered 1 Lamia Fabric Ottoman in Grey Colour by HomeTown vide order number 301332930 dated 20th July 2015. At the time of order, I was promised the delivery date as 05th Aug 2015, which was later on changed to 7th August(without any prior intimation) and even today I have not received the delivery against my product. Leave apart the delivery, the customer care guys have not even bothered to call me and update the status. I would have made 10-15 complaint calls by now and everytime a customer care executive buys sometime to resolve the issue which is never resolved. During every call I have been put on hold for at least 3-4 minutes, most of the times the customer care guy never resumes the call and the call automatically gets disconnected. However, even if the customer care executive bothers to resume back at the call, he makes a false promise to resolve the issue and wait till next 24 hours otherwise make a fresh complaint call. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest else I will be forced to take a strict action for all the mental harassment happened to me.
