I had ordered a solid wood telephone stand 1 month ago. After adding my complementary discount coupon it cost me only 1700Rs. The product arrived via Gati to my nearby town. It was well made, more than worth the cost to make it plus shipping(Rajastan to Kerala). What if it took 1month to get delivered, or the initial problems with Gati , misplacing the package., .the customer service was very polite and patient with me and they managed to track the package back.
The package as such did not arrive to my town despite having a Gati office.The district main office guy said it was’nt paid for- to deliver to my town.So I got it delivered to my relative’s house and I had to pick it by myself. BUT , for the given price, a good quality , heavy item, I really can’t blame Pepperfry.
This was just my sample furniture purchase from Pepperfry.
I hope Pepperfry works on saturday too ..and shorten the time taken to fulfill furniture orders in future.
