As per order number 100067772 dated 24/06/12 I have purchased philips shaver to my father living remote place in Tamilnadu from pepperfry. As per the attached free gift I have given my own address in Gujarat. Due to pepperfry mistake the gift item also wrongly delivered to my father address.
I have contacted pepperfry the requested me that they could not reverse pick up due to remote area, asked to send by local courier the would repay the courier charges. But after sending by courier (Rs 150) pepperfry given discout coupon . I asked my money refund then they agreed and asked my bank account details. I have given my bank details. Even after 10 months pepperfry not refunded my money, I have spent more than Rs 250 for telephone to solve the problem. Even though the amount is 150 I got too much irritation so I done too many calls to solve the problem.
One of the representative (answered irresponsible manner. I have written too many emails to pepperfry no response from them. I am working as a manager in Public Sector Company. Yearly I am spending Rs 2laksh for online puchase. from Yebhi, Shopping india times, Ebay, Healthkart, Anytimeretail, 1Click1call, tradus, 70mm.com, anytime retail, shopclues, satwik, clifton etc. I never faced this type of problem in anysite,
