I really feel that I should have searched about the pepperfry before placing the Order. I have place a order 100517467-MOM1458MA166608 for my son but after two weeks they told me that product is not in stock. and they have refunded amount in terms of pepper points which I am suppose to use in next 15 Days. where as when I checked I found that product is still listed as in stock on pepperfry website. Also when I have paid online using my credit card how can they convert that into pepper point.
After this incident, why should I place the order on the website. they should have refunded the entire amount to my credit card. how can they force customer to purchase some other item. this is total fraud and fake policy. we must keep our-self away from this site. also 1 more point that I’ll like to point about this site is that you cannot make the 100% payment using the pepperpoint even when you have pepper points equivalent to order amount.
