I have had a good experience in online shopping. I ordered 3 wall shelves in pepperfry.com. I was shocked when I received 2/3 products in a damaged/broken condition. The 3rd product is yet to come and I am not sure what the condition will be.
I raised my concern with the customer care folks. They are not very friendly to the customer. They told me to send pictures and will investigate into how the damage occurred. I am trying to escalate to the highest level so that I can get quality for the money I have paid.
Pepper fry charges a Cancellation Charges 5% of the paid value is charged if order is cancelled before item is shipped. 20% of the paid value when the order is cancelled after it is shipped from our fulfillment centers. How much penalty can I charge them if they are sending me damaged products.
