I had purchased a 2.1 Speaker system of edifier made for Rs 1550/- which is originally of MRP 2150/-. After placing the order I received confirmation and I waited for 4 days for shipment details, but didnt received any, then I checked mouthshut for website reviews and was astonished and almost hopes on getting my product. But on friday I received shipping details. They sent me two different shipping details on mail and mobile. But mail info turned to be right and I kept tracking. Finally on 10 th september(placed order on 2nd september) I received my order in good packing and completely good condition.
Few Observation:

Exciting offers and discounts
Shipping procedure and Customer care sucks
Though the shipping of the product was late I found it reasonable since it was shipped from gurgaon.
Many reviews stated that first order will be received perfectly but dont go for a second one. But am gonna give a second order(a small one though) and want to test this site personally.
