I ordered a side table from pepperfry seeing the good reviews on mouthshut. But I’ve to say I was greatly disappointed as even after 10 days of the scheduled delivery time(which itself was too late compared to other ecommerce sites) I still have not got the product. Today I called and canceled the item as I have to shift my house soon.
P.S: Pepperfry has not managed to send me a confirmation mail for my cancellation. So I now have no proof that I canceled it. They have a very unstructured course of processes.
