Bought Madisson Three Seater Sofa from them 2 years back. Product finish is good. But the quality of the material used is too bad. Within an year of purchase, the leatherette cover stared to peal off. See the attached images.
When I called them to claim the warranty, only manufacturing defect is covered! According to them, the damage happened due to usage. I didn’t know, I wasn’t supposed to use it, but just keep it in my living room as a show piece.
I asked for repair / re-upholstery, on my cost. That too they denied. What is the use of 36 month warranty?
