I ordered a rocking chair and got it delivered. But after using it for a couple of days, we feel that it is not convenient especially for older people. Since we don’t have the same model in Pepper fry studio, I couldn’t check it before I ordered. I have checked some other model and thought of replacing it. But they refused to take it for return since as per their policy they will accept for the return only if it is damaged.
Either they should have all of their products at their showroom so that we can check before we buy or they should accept for a replacement if we buy anything else from them for the same amount.
So I prefer not to go with Pepperfry.
