Bought a product from this website, when received. It was not as per the description on the website. I requested for refund and that is when the drama started.
Asked me to send the pictures of the product, did that. They informed that it will be picked up. Its been 2 weeks since then and I have not heard from them. I keep chasing with them and only get a run-around.
