I had heard a lot of bad things about pepperfry, but thought to give them a chance. Ordered two things. One mango wood wall shelf other a wall clock. The wall clock was never delivered. The shelf came in broken. Broken in transit or otherwise don’t know. But poorly packed. Called them up, hey this thing is broken. They were like, yeah we know. We get back to you.
In the meantime go to Chroma and buy a high resolution digital cameras and then take a lot of pics and then send us at tellus@pepperfry.com. I was like for a 850 rupees product I have to buy a camera, are you guys selling any camera. They were yes, but you have to order those from the website. Sort of a hilarious situation. These guys have zero vendor management, zero etiquette and absolutely no professionalism. I heard that it is run by some jerk who got fired from ebay.
