I have always received orders in time from them, but have been disappointed heavily on the quality of products. Moreover, if you paid for it in advance the support people do not make efforts to resolve your issues on receiving a damaged/incomplete item.
I recently bought a cutlery set, the item headline says ’Awkenox Stainless Steel Pinti Cutlery Set In Wooden Box - 24 Pcs’. However, the mentioned wooden box was never delivered or heard of after that. Multiple follow-ups were received coldly by Pepperfry and then they suggest to courier it back to them at your expense and then they will decide to refund the item or not. Basically you end up paying for a non-reliable service.
Other such websites in the market are doing much better, in terms of quality of products and customer support.
