I bought a few table and floor lamps from this website for my villa in Uttarakhand. Almost half of them came to us damaged and when we contacted customer service they refused to replace it saying we had 5 days to replace and we had exceeded that time.
To top that, one of the lamps which we were using has literally come apart into pieces. I am sharing the pictures for you to see.
The quality of their products is really pathetic and their team does nothing to provide any support.
Request everyone to please not buy from them.
