I have ordered a cot for us and they said they will deliver within 30 days and its been more than that time when we call the customer services they said they have dispacthed it already but they could not track it after delaying for 15 days they called and infromed that the cot is broken and they would not be able to replace it and they said they would need an other 15 days to refund the money! wasted nearly 2 months waiting for the cot and finally we had to buy it from the loval store! you really have to be patient if you order here!
