Order Id 300173954. Fedup of follow up on delivery. They deliver through Gati. and complaints go to deaf ears. They keep updating the case id and just do not have any real’follow-up’ .To refund money too they have too bad a process. All in all a complete AVOID ecom website next time.
PEPPERFRY blames on GATI and vice versa. God Save me. I plead them to take the product back from GATI and refund the money at earliest. BIG MISTAKE for having bought anything from this site.
