No money is given back, no matter whose fault.

They sent me a damaged item and the item is out of stock now. If I send the product back they will convert my money into pepperpoints valid only for 15 days. Google and see all you will fine many such complaints. Believe me all are true.


Worst policy is you won’t get your money back no matter what. They give you pepperpoints valid for 15 days. Check the last line in their following reply


· Pack the unused item back in its original packing with all accessories, tags and papers etc


· Send the item to the Return Address mentioned below


· Please retain your shipping receipt and forward the name of the Courier Service used and AWB (Tracking Number) along with your Order ID to tellus@pepperfry.com


· You will be reimbursed towards your shipping costs as below:


a. Precious Jewellery – Upto Rs.300


b. Everything else – Upto Rs.150


· Shipping costs will be reimbursed via an online bank transfer


· Please update the bank details required as below and forward the details to tellus@pepperfry.com


· Item will be checked at the destination


· Your payment is sent back to you as Pepperpoints after the item clears all checks


· The Pepperpoints will be valid for 15 days and on any item worth Rs.15 more than the Pepperpoints value.
