10/10/2012 : i got a call 3 or 4 days earlier that rs 356 refund has been processed in ur bank account , and your complaint is closed. When i checked the account , there has been no refund ? What the helll are you doing, will you refund or not?

I had returned the product and also got a call from your side on 28th august 2012 that we have got it back at our place; and you told me to wait fr 7 days ,
After 7 days also u din’t call or mail me any refund coupon, despite my repeated calls . Today on 27 october , i called again , so someone tells me we have mailed u the code on 4th sept. I told them that i din’t get any email, or sms or call about the coupon code. So today mr mandeep chahal from pepperfry sent me some code in email. It is very embarrassing situation that the coupon code u sent me (after my repeated calls and after 1 month of return of product )is not working at all , even after a month i am not getting my refunds . You have played a fraud with me. I din’t expect this on my first shopping with you ,
I have already made a numerous calls to customer care but there has been no positive reply. I had done the biggest mistake by shopping with you and thus loosing my 660 rupees. If you have any care for your customers , you must make a call to my otherwise, bye. And thanks for the fraud : i am surely also going to write bad reviews on the internet about this pepperfry who are befooling people ,
I tell all people never to shop with pepperfry , they are fraud and are cheating people.
