My order no is - 100039261.
I have ordered Philips GC1010 Steam Iron on 8 may 2012 . It was written that my order will be ship in 6 days . But they did not send my order on a given time . When I contact customer care on chat , they makes false promises with me that your order will be ship in 2 days 3 days .... After that I called on toll free no 21 may , the guy told me that we buy products from vendor and we have not got product from the vendor . Now finally they shipped my product on 25 may and I got delivered on the same day . But guys this is only the first part of story.
Second part is that they send me defective product . The temperature knob is not working . Means I have wait for so many days for my iron and after that I found to be defecive . Now when I called their customer care they are making excuses that we have checked quality test and we have not send defective product . THey also told me that the product may be got defected during transit . But I know it is only a story . They offer me that he can request reverse pickuo. But is is not the solution of my problem . Firstly pepperfry did a late delivery and afterwards they send me a defective product. They waste my one month time. I never seen such a worst website. I am planning to file a case in consumer court but please guys I am telling you never buy anything from pepperfry .
