I ordered a dining table worth 7000 rupees from pepperfry.com on 14th Jan 2013. I paid it online. They immediately deduct my money from the account. They said they will ship it by 8th Feb 2013.
As they didn’t ship till 9th Feb , I called them to either ship it ASAP or cancel my order.They refused to cancel it as it is a furniture order. They said that they escalated the issue and I need to wait 3 working days for them to investigate. They said they will contact me within 3 working days.Including the weekend I waited 5 days in total and they didn’t contact me on or before 13th Feb.
I sent a mail to tellus@ pepperfry.com on 13 th Feb. They again asked me to wait 24-48 hours. That deadline also they crossed. Nobody contacted me till now. When I chatted online today they are asking me to give more time .
I don’t have patience anymore. I ordered a dining table at my local store tomorrow that will be at my home.So I don’t need another dining table from pepperfry to be delivered to me. Now I will not accept the product if they ship me also.
I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back in the form of money ( and not in the form of points). They are still refusing to cancel my order. Why should I suffer because of their fault? Who are they to refuse for my order cancellation ? As they did the mistake they should accept the cancellation.
If they are not cheaters they will immediately cancel my order as it is still not shipped to me and also they will refund my money within a reasonable period of time.
If they are cheaters still I will make sure that they will refund my money.
