I recently bought a kind size bed after visiting pepperfry studio here in hyderabad. The bed got delivered after 12 days ( -1 star for such a late delivery) but yeah they did compensate with excellent quality and professionalism. The delivery folks checked each amd every item for signs wear and tear due to transportation. I was really happy to see them verifying each and every detail post delivery. They helped with getting the carpentar assigned for the assembly. The bed was assembled the same day it was delivered.
One small suggestion to pepperfry team. Please keep only those items in your studio which are available in stock and not the out of stock ones.
Overall shopping experience was good with Pepperfry. I did feel that the price was mostly on the higher side but with the quality that was delivered to us, they surely impressed us.
