My 83-year old father and 74-year old mother paid for a simple metal chair on Pepperfry because its difficult for them to visit a furniture shop.
The chair arrived damaged. When my father called up Pepperfry they refused to take down his complaint stating it was mandatory to upload a photo of the damaged chair. My father implored them that he didnt keep a camera phone or a smart phone because they were difficult for him to negotiate. But they couldnt care less. Even after I took the picture and uploaded it, they were to revert in 48 hours, but many days have passed and they did not bother to reply.
This is my 2nd bad experience with Pepperfry.
