Worst website ever. They simply lure you by offering high discounts but never ever deliver your order. I ordered a pair of headphones, twice from this site, paid the amount and kept waiting and waiting for the product to be dispatched. In both cases, they just cancelled the order, that too after 12-14 days. And guess what? they weren’t even willing to return the amount, and offered to credit ’pepper points’ instead. I objected to that and am still waiting for the refund amount to be credited in my account.
The customer service is extremely pathetic. Connection to their’live chat’ never takes less than 10 minutes, call their customer service and be ready to wait for another 10 minutes.
Simply pathetic. Order at your own risk.
