I would like to share my experience about pepperfry.com extremely poor quality of packing and very bad response from coustmer service. I had request for all items delivery together. The same was confirmed on the call ( the waiting period to reach coustmers care was 25 minutes) . Yesterday only one sofa has come. What about other item. Why is their provision for together delivery when it can’t be delivered together. I am very unsatisfied with the delivery. There is so much stress because of this recoganized delivery can’t even reach to anyone on phone. Didn’t expect this from pepperfry.
