Horrible Experience

I hv ordered on 4th July from Pepperfry, a huge mistake. My order id no is 100075089. I was to receive it in 3 days, I got it after 3 days and the courier guy asked for payment (payment was made online). I called up customer care, they said there is some mistake and we’l call you back.


After 15 min, I got a call saying that I should send the courier guy back as there is some confusion and they will resolve it soon. After that day I called them every alternate day and the answer I got was "oh you haven’t received the product, its written that you have, let me get back to you, after an hour when I get the call the answer is ’ it is already escalated and you’ll receive it soon. Today on 18th July I have received the product and when I opened it,


I was shocked to see how a wall clock was packed, without any sheet or box the wall clock was kept in the carton with deo and lotion and its not in the working condition. Not only that I had some pepper points in my account and now they are not there. But now I am not going to call the pepperfry as I had my share of experience and I’m done with it.
