I had bought a Men’s trimmer worth 550 on their website using a coupon with other fillers so I got it for around 300 .i was happy with the purchase and received the fillers in 2 days and they gave shipping details of the trimmer on the same day of delivery of the the fillers.
But to my surprise the shipping details were of someone Else’s order , considering it to be a minor glitch in their system called up customer care and they told me to wait for some time and you would get your trimmer. So I decided to wait and it did came but instead of a men’s they had sent me a ladies trimmer .i checked their website and saw that the price of the men’s trimmer had been increased and the ladies trimmer was now available for 550.
So what they did was they had sent me a cheaper product which is of no use to me and now on calling their customer care they say u can send it for refund as they don’t have a replacement policy but I don’t understand is that how could they give me refund for something I never got and take back a cheaper product from me. Its not the end of their dubious ways , they said I would receive refund in form of a stupid coupon of the same or a little higher value which can be used on their website.
So don’t fall for their attractive prices , its like you would buy a gold bar from them and they would send you a coal bar and when you complain .they would give a coupon for the price what u paid for the gold bar.so all your money is with them and you have to purchase something else from their website to use the coupon.
