It’s a fraud service, a big scam... purchased kids bed and got a call from customer care for installation, the lady said for installation just to give them a call. Now from last 2 days we have been calling them and it’s IVR says that they will call back after 15 min and that 15 min has not come in last 48 hours. They do not care once they deliver even thet are not responsible for delivering defective product. Urban laddar is much better as we purchased furniture from both. There is no single way to contact Pepperfry directly after purchage. Something is very fishy.
