- The Study table bought from Space wood does not have any logo what so ever. Even the box packing does not have any indication of the product has been procured from Space wood.
2. Space wood takes pride in a state of art manufacturing facility at Nagpur. Then it should take pride in putting its logo. The very fact that there is no logo, there appears that the product has been procured from some industrial area for cheap and sold to us, Pepperfry customers.
I have spoken to customer care of Pepperfry as well. Though Pepperfry has delivered the product timely and in good condition. The issue is of having taken the contract from Space wood that needs to be questioned.
I have bought MDF products from Zuari, Godrej as well as Style Spa. They take pride in their product which is obvious from the logo on the product.(Photos attached)
I have conveyed my issue with Pepperfry. They said that they would look into it about a month ago. I am yet to hear from them. It appears that they are hand in glove with Space wood.
I would hold both Space wood as well Pepperfry responsible for such sales. Now I do not have any faith in such products(so called branded) where that company feels ashamed to put its logo.
