Their customer service is extremely polite, patient and helpful. I have had the most wonderful online shopping experience.
Upon making the payment, I get a regular update on the shipment status. I also received a call reminding me of the shipment time and date.
Am now waiting for the products to be delivered tomorrow.will keep you guys posted on the rest of my experience.but so far I rate them 5 stars for the Product range, excellent customer service and user friendly portal.
