Here’s the only one thing I like about the Pepperfry:
(1) The price seems to be competitive.
Here’s what I don’t like about them:
(1) You cannot cancel the order. If you need to cancel even before shipping, they will charge 5%! Once, shipped 20%!
(2) The shipping time is too bad.
(3) And you will mostly receive some defective products.
(4) Then you have fight with the useless support people.
