I was searching for a decent coffee machine, that was the time I encountered Pepperfry.com
Comparing price of the same product with other e-stores, I found it to be cheap and also it was providing extra discounts via e-wallets.
I thought to give it a try and found it to be satisfactory. The product was well packed and delivered on time.
Then one day a mishap occurred and the coffee machine stopped working efficiently. I called there customer care the same day and asked them I would be needing a replacement of same. They understood assured me to solve my problem. Gave me the details of original vendor but he refused to provide a replacement and like this a whole bunch of mails were exchanged for the course of over 3 months. At last, they were unable to provide a replacement product BUT they returned me all my money. I was happy with their service as they stood and helped me out.

Quality: Yes and No both, depend upon seller completely.

Customer support: Its good. They keep in touch with you, keep you updated about your complaints/ query. They’; call you, e-mail you as and whenever required.
