Had ordered four dining chairs and a small table for Rs.14, 296 with Order number 100380050 on November 29, 2012 with an original delivery date of Dec 21. This was then postponed to Dec 28. They claim that the product was shipped via Gati but Gati website has no details of the shipment.
We called them more than 5 times nearly everyday from Dec 29, each time speaking to a customer support who gave fake names and no reference numbers, and promised to let us know the status the next day. As expected- no one got back to us or has been able to track the shipment, and we are given the usual garbage of "we will get back to you". They cannot even keep track of the orders they have claimed to ship. Have the most insincere and inefficient customer support staff .
Also, bought a blue jacket from them earlier- on delivery it looked nothing like what was shown in the website and seemed to be stitched together by a local tailor with a small paper card with the "Brand name" attached to it with a safety pin. Sadly couldn’t return it because someone else received it.
Will not recommend this site or its products to anyone; they are extremely incompetent, unhelpful and downright frauds.
