I ordered a clio jeans worth Rs. 1299, and got confirmation order. It was on 9th sep. I waited till 13th sep though it was supposed to be deliver in 3 days but they didn’t. Then tried to contact them but it seems the most difficult task in the world. Neither phone nor live chat was working. By god grace I got a chance to chat with pepperfry but seriously they people sucks, every time they make wrong commitments. They don’t have sense to handle their customers.
Pepperfry is the worst online shopping site I have ever seen. My order no. Is 100263629. I have placed it on 9th sep, haven’t got yet. Every time I spoke with its representative they assured don’t worry you will get your order by tomorrow. Pepperfry’s tomorrow never came. I don’t know what the hell they are doing.
