Pepper-fry is most unreliable online shopping website in the market. Its a warning for everyone to please stay away. They are providing unexpectable discount coupons. Its quite possible the they ll deliver your first order as happened with me. And wht u ll become greedy and place another order. But they will never deliver subsequent orders and everytime cancel your order and refund money as another coupon to purchase. That too this ll be valid for 15 days. If u use this coupon and place another order which should be at least rs 50 above coupon value. They ll still ask u to wait for looong time and again cancel it. And this ll be repeated everytime u place new order and nne of ur items ll be ever delivered. This happened with me friends.
They are just extracting money from u through online pre- payment which ll be never refunded.
Their customer service representative have no idea about company policy. Everyone answers in different tune.
Finally i request everyone to please stay away and if someone still wanna try, just order once coz first order is always delivered correctly.
