I would like to give a solid’0’ rating but cant see it as an option though.
Nov 1 I ordered a product from pepperfry, they promised to deliver it by Nov 14. Further to the order placed, I didnt get any communication either from pepperfry or from its seller on delivery update. After many calls and escalations I received the product on Nov 17 but it was packed Broken.
It was full of dart as well. Packing was pathetic, no bubble wrapping etc. On the same day I raised complaint with pepperfry and ask for product return and refund. Its been 2 days I haven’t received any call from them. My money is gone! as I feel they are not in a’mood’ to refund it. This was my first ever order with pepperfry and is the last one no doubt. Please refrain of ordering from this site. I have very good experience with other online sites, they are really professional in packaging, delivery and awesome customer service. You may have to pay a little more but worth getting good service.
