This is the first time I have ordered anything from this website. I ordered a laptop bag from pepperfry few days back but they haven’t shipped the product yet. When I called their customer care they said I have ordered the product on Sunday and they do not consider Sunday’s and Saturdays for shipping and will take few more day to ship the product when it’s already a week.
They will ship the product as per their convenience. When I pay on time why cant this people ship the product in 2 to 3 day. There is no point asking customer to wait for long to get their product for which they have already paid for.
If anyone wants delivery on time this is definitely not the site you should shop from.
